Pastor’s Aide Ministry Our Purpose: We are on call 365 days a year to assist and support our Pastor and his family. Our Motto: If there is a need, we are there. Schedule of Activities: The Pastor’s Aide Ministry meets on the first Saturday of every month from 9 - 10 a.m. The first Sunday of every month is set aside for the Pastor’s Aide during which time two sisters will assist with the offering. Annually we host the Pastor’s Pre-Anniversary in July. Plan the Anniversary in August. Every five years a banquet is celebrated. Duties: The Pastor's Aide Ministry, selected on an as needed basis by the Pastor, aids and supports the ministry of the Church by looking after the specific needs of the Pastor and his family, in the areas of prayer, financial, and other areas deemed necessary. This ministry will also help lead the Church in understanding the importance of caring for the Pastor. The Pastor's Aide Ministry shall plan events and projects to ensure that adequate funds are available to meet the specific and emergency needs of the Pastor when they arise. The president shall be selected by the Pastor and all other officers elected by the ministry as deemed necessary. Officers: Sis. Faye Alford, President
