The property for the forthcoming Bethlehem’s Pioneer Place Independent Senior Living Facility has been paid in full and anointed in a special November 2015 ceremony led by Reverend Dr. Michael A Evans, Sr., in the presence of First Lady Lisa C. Evans, dignitaries, staff, and members of the congregation. Pastor Evans and his trusted advisors have developed a vision for Pioneer Place as a premiere senior living facility for Mansfield and surrounding areas, with affordability and accessibility in mind.
